羊肉枸杞汤
制法:绵羊肉500克切块,枸杞子100克,大枣20枚,加水适量慢火煲熟至羊肉烂熟,酌加盐及调料,吃肉喝汤。功效:益气养血,温补肝肾。用于因肝肾不足,气血亏虚引起的腰膝酸软,面色萎黄,疲乏无力,头晕目炫等气血虚弱症状。
