让宝宝健康成长的桂圆蒸蛋

　　材料：鸡蛋1个，桂圆肉干半匙，清汤半碗(温水加少许盐、油、味精调成)

　　做法：

　　1、桂圆肉干用温水洗净。

　　2、取1个碗，放6～7分满的清汤及蛋搅匀，放入桂圆肉干，再放入蒸锅中。

　　3、蒸约5～8分钟，即可食用。
