美味又滋补莲藕红枣甜汤

　　材料:

　　莲藕(2截，以中间部分为佳)，红枣(少许)，冰糖/白糖(适量)

　　做法:

　　1.选新鲜莲藕，洗干净，切片;

　　2.在锅中放进莲藕，水(水淹过莲藕即可);

　　3.水沸，改小火继续煮;

　　4.煮到25分钟左右放进红枣一起煮;

　　5.再煮15分钟，关火起锅。
