孕前增补叶酸的食谱：牛肉卷心菜

　　叶酸含量：41微克

　　材料：卷心菜、牛肉、香油、盐、花椒、姜。

　　制作方法：

　　1. 用保鲜膜把洗干净的卷心菜包起来，放在微波炉里加热两分钟后，切块备用。

　　2. 在锅中加水烧沸，放入牛肉、姜片，等牛肉煮熟后捞出，凉后切片。

　　3. 盛入盘中，拌入香油、盐、花椒粉即可。
