养生小米蒸排骨

　　原料：小米、肋排、甜面酱、生抽、大料、姜、葱、香油、白糖、盐

　　做法：

　　1、肋排切成小段，放入面酱、生抽、大料、姜、葱、香油、白糖、盐搅拌入味;

　　2、将小米泡水三个小时后放入腌渍好的排骨中包裹住排骨;

　　3、将包裹好小米的排骨放在竹笼屉中。放入蒸锅大火开锅20分钟即可，出锅撒上葱花即可。
