卤水脆皮五花腩的做法
1.将五花肉平铺在砧板上,在猪皮一面剞2*2厘米的正方形花刀
2.用盐、百里香、迷迭香、白胡椒、蒜、苹果与少量清水混合制成咸卤水备用
3.将剞好花刀的五花肉放入咸卤水内浸泡2小时
4.将Airfryer预热至160度约5分钟
5.取出腌制好的五花肉放入炸篮,以160摄氏度烹制30分钟,翻面后继续烹饪30分钟即可
